What is this?
As a rewards member, you’ll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on NicoleandBrizee.com. 

Who can join?
Everyone! Simply sign up!

How do I earn points?
There are numerous ways to earn points, including: every purchase you make*, referring a friend as a new customer, your birthday, following us and sharing on social media… and so many more! Additionally, we may offer bonus point events from time to time depending on your membership tier!

*Points earned do not include taxes, shipping, or customs fees added at checkout.

Can I earn more than 40 points per review?
No, the maximum amount of points you are able to earn per product review is 40 points by uploading a video with your review. You will not get extra points for uploading a photo and a video. 

Is there a limit to how many reviews I can leave?
Each member is able to leave three verified product reviews per month. 

When will I see points I earned on purchases?
Points earned on purchases will be available within 24 to 48 hours and after your payment is confirmed. Please feel free to contact our Customer Service team with any inquiries!

Are there different levels of membership tiers?
Yes, there are 4 tiers based on the number of dollars spent: Effortless ($1-$249), Bombshell ($250-$499), Exquisite ($500 - $1,499) and Rouge ($1,500 and up). You will unlock exclusive rewards for each tier as you climb! Your membership tier status can be found on your account page.

How do I climb tiers?
Purchases made at Nicole and Brizee as are what advance you to the next tier; the more you buy, the more you'll climb! This means any points outside of your purchases, such as your birthday gift from us, won’t count toward your tier total.

How do I view my point balance?
Once signed in, your point balance can be found in a few places: our main N+B Rewards landing page and your account page!

What are the different reward amounts?
100 points = $10 reward
200 points = $20 reward
300 points = $30 reward

Do my points expire?
Yes. Your points expire after 1 year of inactivity. You must make at least one purchase or use our rewards program each year to remain an active member.

Can I merge my points?
Yes! If you accidentally made purchases from two different email accounts, we can help merge your points. Each customer is only allowed 1 loyalty account. Please email us at info@nicoleandbrizee.com with your request. Please make sure you include your preferred email address and a list of the others you have used in the past.

Please Note: Points from someone else’s account or order history may not be transferred to yours. In order to automatically accrue points, you must place your order under email address associated with your own account.

Can I share my points with others?
No. Only the account holder can utilize points earned. All points are non-transferable. 

Can I redeem my points for cash?

How do I use my points?
Go the N+B Rewards page and make sure you are logged in. Click Redeem on the reward you would like to use and click yes to confirm. Copy the coupon code and use it like a discount code during checkout. The code should automatically deduct the amount of the coupon. 

Will I receive points for purchases paid with gift cards?
You do not get points when using a gift card or store credit.

I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
If you referred a friend, your points will be posted to your account once they make a purchase of $50 or more—and only if it was their first purchase! If you made a purchase, please allow a few minutes for the system to process your activity and provide your points.

How can I refer a friend?
Give your friend $10 off their first purchase of $50 or more, and receive $10 for each successful referral. You can refer a friend through various methods, SMS, email, Twitter, and Facebook.

How many friends can I refer to Nicole and Brizee?
There are no limits to the number of friends you can refer, but please note the Refer A Friend program is intended to reward existing customers for referring first time purchasers— not oneself. You will not receive referral points for multiple accounts created under your same name.

Why did my account balance go down?
Likely because a purchase was cancelled. Please reach out to our Customer Service team if you have any questions.

If I leave the loyalty program, will I lose my points?
Yes, if you opt out of our loyalty program you will lose your points. If you decide to come back later, your account balance will start at 0.

What happens to my information when I sign up?
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our PRIVACY POLICY.
